| We are happy to accept returns to for any reason within 60 days of purchase. In order to return an item, you MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA #). | Most manufactures have a factory direct warranty. This means that if you have a problem with a product or the product is defective, you must call the manufacturer. In most cases, we are not permitted to diagnose a problem or determine if a product is under warranty. |
